Philosophy: Hamilton Education provides high-achieving students the opportunity to reach their academic goals by supplementing their school curriculum with lessons and materials created by our team of highly educated and knowledgeable experts.

Client Payment: Payment is due along with the signed contract to confirm enrollment. Please note, services may involve interaction with students through face-to-face meetings, online Whiteboard, email exchanges, or any combination of these interactions. Packages purchased do not expire. No refunds will be given for unused hours, though families may elect to transfer credit to another one of our programs or classes.

Student and Family Obligations: Please make sure to give us at least 48 hours notice when calling or emailing to schedule a tutoring appointment. We strive to ensure that all students are able to meet with their tutor at the time that is most convenient in the student’s schedule, and in order to do this we need as much notice as possible. We will do our best to accommodate last minute requests, but cannot guarantee availability.

Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee a specific score on any test, a specific grade by the end of the student’s tutoring plan, or an exact improvement in number of points from starting to ending score. A student’s score will ultimately depend on a variety of factors, not the least of which being the amount of effort and focus throughout the tutoring sessions, as well as their general health and attitude leading up to the test.

Expectations: The student should come on time to their tutoring sessions prepared with any homework assignments that they were asked to complete and be focused and attentive throughout the appointment time. If the student does not complete their homework two or more times, and/or are not paying attention during their appointments, this will result in our contacting the student’s parents. If you are running late, please give us a call to let us know; if a student is more than 20 minutes late to their appointment, the student will be considered a ‘no-show’ and will be charged for the full session.

Materials: Included in the tutoring packages is the access to and use of our HCC-created test materials and supplemental packets. Only students enrolled in tutoring through HCC are authorized to use these materials; copying or distributing the materials is prohibited. We will not provide digital copies of our materials, all supplies must be picked up in hard copy at one of our offices.

Testimonials: Clients are expected to let us know how their student has scored when they receive their official scores. This helps us to develop a follow-up plan if needed to assist your student.

Non-Solicitation: Parents and students will not solicit tutors for work outside of Hamilton Education.
